How do I decide which plan fits my business needs?

Start by creating a list of what tasks you would like to outsource, then figure out how many hours it will take to complete those tasks. Then you should have an idea which package suits you.

What if I don't like the assistant I am assigned?

If for any reason you wish to switch to a different assistant, please contact info@infiniteassistance.com.

How do I track how many hours I’ve used?

At the end of every week you will receive an updated time sheet.

Do my hours roll over?

Yes, but only for the first 3 months.

What if I need fewer hours than offered in the plan?

Schedule a call with us to discuss your needs. We can create a custom plan for you.

What if I need more hours than offered?

You can purchase more hours or we can create a custom plan that suits your needs.

What if I don't want to sign a contract?

We require a contract before any services can be provided. This is for the protection of both parties.

Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.

Will my VA work on holidays?
Infinite Assistance observes major U.S. holidays for our assistants. However, some of our assistants do work these holidays. If an assistant is available, you will be able to work with them. Holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

What payment types do you accept?

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and JCB. These may be in the form of personal or corporate credit cards, debit cards, and even prepaid or rewards cards.

Can I mail in a check?

Sorry, but we do not accept mailed checks at this time.

Can I write your services off as a business expense?

Yes, but always check with an accountant or tax preparer. We do not provide tax or accounting advice.

Why am I being charged taxes?

The State of Texas is required to collect taxes on the services we provide

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposits are only required with certain payment schedules.

What if I am not satisfied with my services?

We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you feel that our services were not satisfactory, please contact us at info@infiniteassistance.com.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes email info@infiniteassistance.com prior to your next billing cycle and we'll take care of your request. We are sorry that we cannot offer refunds for unused time.

What are client portals and why should I use them?

A client portal is a secure private workspace where the clients and assistants can communicate what needs to be done. Clients can share files, view and pay invoices, keep track of assignments using task management tools, and much more.

If my plan does not include a client portal how can I go about obtaining one?

You can add it to your package at an additional cost.
